MISSION: To provide the best organic produce possible on St Thomas
PHILOSOPHY: Sharing in the creation of food creates genuine community connections.
QUOTE: I farm because I love it, it feeds me and makes me feel good. There is a fulfillment in seeing something tangible created from the work of my hands. I love to be in nature and creating a business that allows me to be outside is a blessing. I am also very social, and love to interact with my community. I love the farmer market knowing that people enjoy what I create. I have a deep appreciation for food and try to show that through the food I grow and the food I prepare for the community.
