This market is a one man show. The incredibly industrious Wade from Organic West Farms serves up vegetarian Ital (cooked by him with ingredients from his farm in Dorothea) and fresh cornbread every Friday evening at Donoe Bypass. You will also find fresh pressed chlorophyll, sorrel and passion fruit juices that he makes by hand. Vegetables for sale are mustard greens, collard greens, celery, and herb bunches.
